For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shown toward His name, in that ye have ministered to the saints and do minister. Hebrews 6:10
What a joy that in the end God will award all those that faithfully serve and give of themselves, their lives and what God had entrusted to them, to those around them. What better award could be given to anyone? God knows all those who serve in secret, all those who are not thanked or appreciated. God will award them for their service and love. Even if it is as simple as giving a glass of cold water in His name.
Later on in the morning we headed out to meet Robbie....
He is a missionary from Canada and he does a after school "kids" club, way down south in Quito.....so it required a 2 hour bus ride, but we wouldn't want to get out of practise on this bus riding skill we have developed! His ministry is so amazing! I think it may have been one of my favorite ministry's that we have seen. The children adored Robbie, and you could see how much he served them and pours into their lives. How precious and priceless, in these young children's lives.
There was only about half of the children there today, but we sure enjoyed the ones that were there! While Robbie and Natasha were helping them with home work, I was able to color, help build a puzzle, and visit a little with the children! It was encouraging, and such a blessing to spend time with these precious little children, Robbie made some tea from a bush outside, and we had buns with jelly! That is the children's favorite, as they do not have any jelly where they live.

After the snack, they brush their teeth for 2 minuets.
Playing games, and enjoying their friends.
Finishing up the tea.
An extra little play room.
Enjoying the children.....
The kitchen...
After homework, snack, and brushing their teeth, they gather together while Robbie was asking them questions that even I had to think about pretty hard! He is definitely grounding them in the Word of God, giving these children a foundation in their lives. I was so blessed to be a very small part of this ministry today!
Thanks for sharing, that is awesome, we always wondered what Robbie's kids club is like and now we have a glimpse. I love your posts! And glad your bus riding skills are still remaining sharp!
